The Challenge
Sirkus needed to centralize the management of hundreds of monthly boiler and air conditioning installations. Generic solutions did not cover their specific 13-step workflow, nor did they allow integrating client communication via WhatsApp, installer planning with collision prevention, or automatic document generation. They needed a tool that adapted exactly to their way of working.
