The Challenge
Proyectable combines private works, retail, heritage and museography, with a significant portfolio of active public tenders running in parallel. They needed to move beyond spreadsheets to control at once the operations pipeline, the weekly planning of staff and vehicles, monthly certifications per project, treasury with expected income, and bank and surety guarantees. They also required direct integration with the Spanish Public Sector Procurement Platform so as not to miss opportunities.
