The Challenge
HP Furniture builds custom furniture for major retail and hospitality accounts (IKEA, Inditex, El Corte Inglés, Mercadona, AENA). Every project combines design, CNC machining, carpentry, ironwork, lacquering, packaging and on-site installation. Generic tools could not connect the sales quote with the real shop-floor cost, nor control materials, subcontracts and invoicing under a single workflow. They needed their own ERP that mirrored exactly their production model.
