Vista compliant

This software must not write inside "program files" folder or in any other location where the user has no permissions, that is, it must work perfectly in Vista without requiring admin rights.

Must not use the Virtual Store for anything and all operations are performed on the Application Data user folder, which in XP is, C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\CodeGear\Delphi for PHP\2.0

The software icon must have a 48x48 version, so it looks well on Vista.
